BIOGRAPHIE
(MAMI Bastah : Promoteur du « TANDONAKA »)
MAMI Bastah, de son vrai nom RANAIVO Maminirina Ramiandraharisoa, est chanteur , danseur(Tandonaka),auteur-compositeur et musicien interprète .
1982 : Gagnant en notoriété, Mami devient membre du groupe REMY, très prisé à Madagascar, Mami en devient le principal auteur-compositeur, ses œuvres deviennent très vite des « tubes ».
1991 : Mami est sociétaire de l’OMDA (Office Malagasy du Droit d’Auteur)
2000 : Mami a fait cavalier seul et devient MAMI Bastah son surnom quand il était Lycéen à ANTSIRABE ; il veut composer dans un nouveau registre ; essentiellement, des chansons « à texte » ayant pour thèmes le quotidien et l’amour, il s’attachera aussi à la musique traditionnelle malgache. Mami joue Harmonica et Guitare en même temps
2001 : Sortie de son premier album intitulé : « Omeo tsiky »
2002 : MAMI Bastah forme avec Mamy Jovin , Fara Gloum et Raprôsy le groupe « MAHA-GASY » , une formation qui prône la musique malgache traditionnelle .
2003 : MAMI Bastah vient en France en concert aux cotés d’artistes compatriotes de notoriété internationale : Erick Manana , Jaojoby , Soafara , Eric Tahiana , etc……..
2004 : Après des années des efforts et de recherche, Mami a découvert la structure du « TANDONAKA », un genre presque oublié de chanson traditionnelle villageoise, propre à la région Vakinankaratra, sa région natale , Mami décide de promouvoir ce style musical et le remettre au goût du jour en le modernisant à l’aide des instruments actuels ou en fusionnant avec d’autres style de musique.
2004-2005 : MAMI Bastah revient en France en compagnie d’un groupe de Jazz Français(Qualia) venu auparavant à Madagascar (Septembre 2004) dans le but d’un échange musical Franco-Malgache(très réussi) , ce qui explique la présence de MAMI Bastah à leurs cotés , jusqu’au mois de Janvier 2005 .Il a aussi fait un échange musical brésilien-malgache à Paris.
2005 : Mois de Mai, MAMI Bastah a été désigné représentant du Vakinankaratra dans le Festival International de l’Océan Indien dénommé DONIA qui se déroule chaque année dans la ville de NOSY BE. Sa participation a été très appréciée.
2005(Juillet) : Rencontres Francophones « Voix du Sud » du Francis Cabrel à l’Alliance Françaises d’Antsirabe-Madagascar (Dirigés par trois experts français : Serge Trouillet, Christian Alazard et Xavier Lacouture)
2006 : Mois de Juin, MAMI Bastah s’est rendu à l’Ile de La Réunion pour représenter la Couleur Nationale au Festival annuel de St Paul. « Nuit d’Art de la pleine Lune » organisé par l’Association Cheminement. Il y a présenté avec beaucoup de succès de la musique 100% malgache dont il s’est spécialisé, tout en jouant de l’harmonica et de la guitare acoustique.
2006 : Mois de Septembre : MAMI Bastah a participé au FESTIVAL ANGAREDONA à Antananarivo, « Festival des Musiques Vivantes de Madagascar ». Sa participation a été très appréciée.
2007 : Sortie en grande quantité du deuxième album intitulé « Mila vonjy ny gasilahy », très célèbre et éparpillé dans toute l’île.
2007-2008 : « TOURNEE EUROPEENNE » : Allemagne, République Tchèque, Italie, France
2009 : Janvier, il s’entoure de jeunes musiciens d’Antsirabe avec qui il se produit actuellement.
2009 :25 Septembre, « Lauréat du concours Prix Musiques de l’ Océan Indien ».
2010 : « TOURNEE INTERNATIONALE » : Europe, Afrique, Océan Indien. Sortie de l’Album intitulé « TANDONAKA »
2011 : Mois de Juin, participation au Marché des Musiques de l’Océan Indien (IOMMA) à St Pierre, Ile de la Réunion.
2011 : 51 concerts à Madagascar. Tour de Madagascar avec l’Alliance Française de Madagascar
2012 : Mami Bastah est membre de la SACEM.
2012 : Sortie de l’Album « RADADABE »
2012 : Décembre, meilleurs ventes de l’Album « RADADABE » à Madagascar.
2013 : « ARTISTE DE L’ANNEE 2012 » (Ce sont les lecteurs du Magazine NO COMMENT qui ont désigné Mami Bastah) .
2013 : Septembre, nouveau projet : joués en duo(2) avec un percussionniste.
2009-2010-2011-2012-2013 : Directeur Artistique et Président de l’organisation du Festival International « MAMAHOAKA » de la Région du Vakinankaratra
Mami Bastah peut faire un spectacle en « solo » ou « ensemble » avec d’autres musiciens.

( MAMI Bastah : Promoter " TANDONAKA ")
MAMI Bastah , whose real name Ranaivo Maminirina Ramiandraharisoa , is a singer, dancer ( Tandonaka ) , songwriter and performing musician .
1982 : Winner notoriety , Mami becomes a member of REMY group popular in Madagascar , Mami became the main songwriter, his works quickly become "tubes" .
1991 : Mami is an associate of OMDA ( Malagasy Office of Copyright )
2000 : Mami was alone and becomes MAMI Bastah his nickname when he was a high school student to ANTSIRABE , he wants to compose a new register, essentially , songs to " text" with themes everyday and love, he will hold also traditional Malagasy music. Mami plays Harmonica and Guitar at the same time
2001: Released his first album entitled " Omeo tsiky "
2002 : MAMI Bastah form with Mamy Jovin , Fara and Gloum Raprôsy the " MAHA - GASY " group training that promotes traditional Malagasy music.
2003 : MAMI Bastah came to France in concert alongside fellow artists of international fame : Erick Manana , Jaojoby , Soafara Eric Tahiana , etc. ........
2004 : After years of efforts and research Mami discovered the structure of " TANDONAKA " , a kind of village almost forgotten traditional song , specific to the region Vakinankaratra his native region , Mami decided to promote this musical style and hand to date by modernizing using existing instruments or merging with other style of music .
2004-2005 : MAMI Bastah returned to France in the company of a group of French Jazz ( Qualia ) previously came to Madagascar (September 2004 ) to a Franco - Malagasy ( very successful ) musical exchange , which explains the presence MAMI Bastah their sides, until January 2005.He also made a Brazilian -Malagasy musical exchange in Paris.
2005 : Month of May , MAMI Bastah was designated representative Vakinankaratra in the International Festival of the Indian Ocean called DONIA annually taking place in the city of Nosy Be . His participation was much appreciated .
2005 ( July) : in French ' Voice of the South "of Francis Cabrel at the French Alliance Antsirabe - Madagascar ( French Led by three experts: Serge Trouillet Christian Alazard and Xavier Lacouture )
2006 : Month of June, MAMI Bastah went to Reunion Island to represent the National Colour annual Festival of St. Paul . " Night of the Full Moon Art " organized by the Path Association. He presented them with great success in the music 100% Malagasy which he specialized , while playing the harmonica and acoustic guitar.
2006 : Month of September: MAMI Bastah participated FESTIVAL Angaredona in Antananarivo, " Modern Music Festival of Madagascar ." His participation was much appreciated .
2007: release large amount of the second album " Mila VONJY ny gasilahy " very famous and scattered throughout the island .
2007-2008 : " EUROPEAN TOUR ": Germany, Czech Republic, Italy, France
2009 : January, is surrounded by young musicians with whom he Antsirabe happening now.
2009 : September 25 , " Winner of Price Music of Indian Ocean" .
2010 : " INTERNATIONAL TOUR " : Europe , Africa, Indian Ocean. Release Album entitled " TANDONAKA "
2011: Month of June, participation in the Music Market in the Indian Ocean ( IOMMA ) in St Pierre , Reunion Island .

2012 : Mami Bastah is a member of the SACEM.
